At the beginning of 2022, I had my first opportunity as a UX designer, freelancing for A Round Entertainment. A Round is a platform designed to bring people together through shared experiences in live entertainment.
Over the span of 3 months, I worked closely with 1 engineer, taking the project from initial planning through to handoff. As the sole designer, I was responsible for crafting their website, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and ensuring the final design aligned with their vision.
This initial website design for A Round Entertainment, created in close collaboration with a single engineer, transformed the company’s online presence from social media-based operations to a fully functional and engaging digital platform:

The new platform generated $34k in revenue during its first week, proving the value of a well-designed, user-friendly website in driving tangible business results.
Stunning reach
Within the first week of launch, the website attracted over 50k views, far surpassing initial expectations and showcasing the impact of a dedicated online hub for the brand.
